Ed Green Ed Green Chief Information Officer
Mr. Green brings over forty years of management and software product development experience to Wave.  He is responsible for the company's internal IT, MIS and production systems as well as providing fulfillment and customer support for Wave’s products. As CIO, Mr. Green provides integrated systems management and strategic direction for the company from an operations perspective. He is a member of Wave’s government team and also leads software development and customer support for eSign Systems, a division of Wave.


Prior to joining Wave, Mr. Green was a member of IBM’s executive team where he held various positions in operating systems development, networking systems development and internal applications development and operations.  He also held executive positions on IBM’s Global Services team where he was responsible for delivery on major international outsourcing contracts.  Mr. Green attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.   He also completed the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Executive Program.
